At other times, parents report feeling unsure in how to navigate the at times conflicting demands of this role.
Lindsey Landgrebe is a Counseling and Sport Psychologist and has experience working with parents of adolescent and emerging adult athletes. She specifically supports parents who are supporting their child challenge anxiety, perfectionism, body image concerns, and eating concerns.
