  • The Bridge values empowering individuals to tell their story on their own terms which means each individual can decide who has privilege and access to their story. Because of this empowerment model which values protecting each client’s privacy, The Bridge is a private pay practice and is considered out-of-network with insurance carriers.

The Bridge does support those individuals who would like to explore taking advantage of any out-of-network benefits.

A superbill may be provided at the end of each month to you upon your request and you may submit this to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Please note that the fees may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance and it is the responsibility of the individual client or family to confirm with their insurance what out-of-network benefits they have through their insurance policy.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) under the No Surprises ACT. The GFE allows you to see how much your medical care will cost.

Healthcare providers are required to provide an estimate of services if and when an individual does not have insurance or is not utilizing their insurance for services.

You can request a GFE prior to scheduling an appointment with any and all healthcare providers.

If you receive a bill that is $400 greater than the GFE, you may dispute the bill. Be sure to save a copy or take a picture of the GFE in case you do need to dispute a bill.
